Jakarta — Mobee hosted an educational seminar titled "Learn, Earn, and Explore Web3" at the main campus of MH Thamrin University, Pondok Gede, East Jakarta. The event, attended by over 100 participants, is part of the "Zero to Crypto" educational campaign, a collaboration between Mobee and Tether aimed at promoting crypto literacy among Indonesian youth.
During the seminar and talk show sessions, participants learned about crypto fundamentals, the differences between Web2 and Web3, and safe tips for starting their digital asset investment journey. Speakers included Eko Mamahit (Web3 educator), Herry Hermawan (Mobee Crypto Analyst), Lukas Lauw (CFX Director), and Asih Karnengsih (Chairperson of Aspakrindo), with the sessions moderated by representatives from Mobee and MH Thamrin University.
"Through the Zero to Crypto campaign, we aim to help students understand crypto from scratch, so they are ready to explore its opportunities safely and responsibly," said Herry Hermawan.
"The event featured an engaging format, starting with presentations from community representatives and followed by a discussion session with all speakers. The audience's enthusiasm was evident from the critical questions asked throughout the event," said Lukas Lauw, CFX Director. "Activities like this should be held regularly, especially involving students from various other universities."
The event also featured various engaging activities and e-certificates for all participants. As a continuation of this initiative, Mobee and Tether have designed similar educational programs to be rolled out at various other universities across Indonesia — part of both parties' long-term commitment to expanding access to relevant and responsible crypto literacy for young people.
