MOBEE PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Mobee Platform and the services provided by Mobee
(“we”) on the Mobee Platform. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, maintain, and
disclose information collected from each User of the Mobee Platform.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, any terms defined in the General Terms and
Conditions will have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will collect the following personal and non-personal information (“Information”) from
Users:

Information that can identify Users, including but not limited to name, age, gender,
phone number, location, email, password, financial information or other relevant
information, biometric information (including facial recognition), internet protocol
address;

Information automatically collected from the User’s device and any devices and
vehicles used in connection with the services we provide on the Mobee Platform;
and

Other information we collect from third parties in various forms and for purposes
permitted by applicable laws and regulations. One such third party includes identity verification services.

Along with the above provisions, Users are deemed to agree to provide accurate and not misleading Information, and to notify us of any inaccuracies or changes to the Information provided. We have the right to obtain further information to verify the Information provided by Users.

USE OF THE INFORAMATION WE COLLECT

We may use the Information for the following purposes:

To identify the User and register the User as a user, and to manage, maintain,
and/or validate the User Account;

To process and facilitate orders and payment transactions made by the User,
including transactions made using payment systems and services offered through
the Mobee Platform, as applicable;

To provide Users with information about the Mobee Platform and how to use it;

‍

To evaluate, analyze, and improve our products and services, analyze and monitor
User accounts, use aggregated data, and modify our products and services
accordingly. We also process User Information to prepare analytical reports for
internal development purposes;

To contact Users and send information, including updates to the Mobee Platform or changes to the way services are provided;

‍

To detect, investigate, and prevent security threats, fraud, corruption, and other
illegal activities to protect Users and Mobee;

To send direct marketing and promotional communications and information about
special offers or promotions to Users who have given consent. Users may
unsubscribe at any time if they do not wish to receive such communications; and/or

‍

For other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may disclose or share User Information with affiliates and other parties for the
purposes listed below and for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations
(and in each case we will act reasonably and not disclose or share more information than
necessary):

as required by applicable laws and regulations, for the purposes specified therein; or in accordance with requests, orders, directions, or other instructions from
government authorities;

for legal proceedings between the User and us, or between the User and other
parties, in connection with, or related to, the Mobee Platform, under applicable legal procedures or in good faith for such legal purposes;

if we share User Information with third parties, such as our information technology
partners for technical and operational maintenance; payment service providers for
payment processing conducted through the Mobee Platform; and marketing service providers for storing personal data in marketing databases, and other service providers appointed by us. If we share User Information with such third parties, we will take necessary contractual, technical, and organizational measures to ensure that User Information is used only as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Third parties may only access User Information in accordance with contractual obligations with the Mobee Platform and applicable laws and regulations.

on the Mobee Platform, Users may choose to share certain Information with third
parties or other users. Once the User chooses to share their Information via features available on the Mobee Platform, the User authorizes us to share such Information, and we are not responsible for the further use of Information shared by the User with third parties.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We will, to the best of our efforts, take appropriate protection measures to ensure the
confidentiality and security of User Information in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on
Personal Data Protection and/or other applicable laws and regulations. We will implement
appropriate technical, physical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, and all other unlawful forms of processing (including unnecessary collection) or further processing.

INFORMATION STORAGE

‍

Information collected by us will be stored and/or processed by third-party service providers
(if any), and we will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that such third parties maintain and
protect User Information. User Information will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill
the purposes for which it was obtained, or as required or permitted by applicable laws and
regulations. If the purpose for collecting Information is deemed no longer necessary and
storage is no longer required for legal or business purposes, we will cease storing the
Information or delete the Information related to the User. We will store and process
Information for as long as the User's account is active and/or as required by applicable
laws and regulations.

OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN

‍

Our services are not intended for children, and we restrict anyone under 17 years old or
under the age of majority according to applicable laws from using the services. We do not
knowingly or intentionally collect or process any information related to children. We cannot
identify whether a child has provided Information without a Know Your Customer (KYC)
process. If we learn that a child has provided Information to us, we will take steps to delete
the Information as soon as possible.

AMENDMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may, at our own discretion, review and modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to
ensure that it reflects our current and future developments and/or changes in legal or
regulatory requirements. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will notify Users of
such changes through a public notice published on the Mobee Platform or via the User’s
email address registered on the User Account. Users agree that they are responsible for
regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy to stay informed about our data processing and data
protection practices, and that continued use of the Mobee Platform and communication
with us following amendments to this Privacy Policy constitutes the User’s acceptance of
such changes.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User acknowledges that they have read and
understood this Privacy Policy and accept all of its terms. In particular, the User agrees
and authorizes us to collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, or process User Information in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
