How do I withdraw IDR?
Withdrawing IDR from your Mobee Wallet
If you already have an IDR balance:
- Go to Wallet > Withdraw
- Select Withdraw to Bank
- Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum Rp28,000)
- Choose your bank account
- Review the details and confirm
Converting Crypto to IDR before Withdrawing
If your balance is still in crypto:
- Go to Wallet
- Select the crypto asset you want to convert
- Choose one of two methods: Market Order or Instant Convert
- Once the conversion is complete and IDR is in your wallet, follow the steps above to withdraw IDR to your bank.

Which withdrawal methods are supported to withdraw IDR?
You can withdraw IDR only via bank transfer. We do not support e-Wallets or other methods.
Mobee supports withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (e.g., BCA, Mandiri, BRI, Permata, CIMB Niaga, Sahabat Sampoerna, and so on). Please check the latest list in the app.
What are the fees and limits?
Withdrawal fee: Rp8,000 per transaction
Minimum limit: Rp28,000 Daily maximum limit: Rp750,000,000 (all banks combined)
How do I add a bank account?
- Go to Wallet > Withdraw > Withdraw to Bank
- Tap Manage Banks > Add Bank Account
- Select your bank (e.g., BCA, Mandiri)
- Enter your account number (numbers only, no symbols/spaces)
- Ensure the account name matches your Mobee account name
- Verify with OTP, Passkey, or Google Authenticator
- Your bank account will be saved for future withdrawals
What if my IDR withdrawal is delayed?
Withdrawals are usually processed within 15-30 minutes.
If your funds haven’t arrived after 30 minutes, please contact our Customer Support via Live Chat.
You may also want to check if BI-FAST or your bank is undergoing maintenance, as this can cause delays.
