1. Go to Withdraw > Withdraw Crypto
2. Select the crypto asset you want to withdraw (only available balances can be withdrawn; assets in Dual Investment, Flexi Earn, or Spot Grid must be redeemed first)
3. Choose the correct blockchain network (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20)
4. Enter the recipient wallet address (or select from your Address Book)
5. Double-check that the asset and network match the recipient’s wallet
6. Confirm the details and complete security checks (Passkey, OTP, Google Authenticator)
7. Submit and track your transaction via the ID provided
