Applicants must prepare the following documents:
Original document issued by the competent authority or a notarized and legalized copy.
Copy of National ID (KTP), notarized. For foreign applicants, a notarized passport is required.
Must list the names of the Account Owner and the Applicant (original or notarized copy). For foreign applicants, this can be replaced with an official document such as a Birth Certificate.
Signed by all family members listed in the Family Card and notarized. Must state their consent to transfer the assets to the Applicant.
Issued by the local District or Sub-district office.
All heirs listed in the Heir’s Letter or Certificate must authorize the Applicant to receive the inherited assets.
To authorize Mobee to transfer assets from the Account Owner’s account to the Applicant’s account.
Applicants may choose an Offline or Online Appointment:

Online Appointment
Yes. The Applicant must have a Mobee account. The account can be created independently via the Mobee app or directly at the office during the document submission process.
No, inherited assets cannot be transferred directly to another exchange. Once moved into the Applicant’s account, Mobee can assist in transferring assets to another exchange or a bank account.
No. The original account will be permanently closed because the account holder has passed away.
