Mobee VIP is a tiered program for active traders on Mobee. There are three tiers: Standard, VIP 1, and VIP 2. The higher your tier, the lower your trading fee and the more you unlock. You start on Standard automatically when you join, and your tier moves up on its own once you qualify. No registration needed. If you already trade at VIP volume somewhere else, you can also apply directly. Tap Apply as VIP on the Mobee VIP page, and our team will review your details and reach out by email or WhatsApp.

Your tier is based on 3 criteria, calculated daily: - 30-day total spot trading volume - 3-month total trading volume - 30-day average wallet balance You only need to meet one of the three to reach a tier. Once you do, your tier upgrades automatically. You can track all three on the Mobee VIP page.

As a VIP, you get a monthly quota of discounted IDR deposits: 5 per month on VIP 1 and 10 per month on VIP 2. It covers every IDR deposit method, and you can see how many you have left on the deposit screen. - The quota resets on the 1st of every month, and unused deposits do not carry over. - If your VIP tier changes, your quota limit updates immediately, but deposits already used that month still count. For example, if you have used 2 deposits on VIP 2 and are downgraded to VIP 1, you will have 3/5 remaining. If you have already used 5 or more, you will have 0/5 remaining. - If you are upgraded, the higher limit also applies immediately. For example, if you have used 3 deposits on VIP 1 and are upgraded to VIP 2, you will have 7/10 remaining. - Deposit methods that are already free, such as Bank Nobu and Other Banks, never use up your quota. - If a general deposit promo is running at the same time, your VIP quota is used first. The promo takes over once your quota runs out.

Once you meet one of the criteria, your tier will be processed within 1-3 business days. After your tier is updated, your benefits are active right away. You can also apply to the VIP program even if you haven't met any of the criteria yet. Our team will review your application and let you know the result. If your performance drops below your current tier's requirements, your account will enter a grace period. If you still don't meet the requirements by the end of the grace period, you'll move down one tier, for example, VIP 2 to VIP 1, not straight to Standard.

The grace period is 30 days. If you no longer meet your current tier's requirement, you keep all of that tier's benefits for the next 30 days. Use that time to meet any one of the three criteria again.

Exclusive VIP events are a VIP 2 benefit, and you do not need to register. Your Relationship Manager will invite you directly. Note: Mobee will only ever contact you through your Relationship Manager's official contact details, which you can check on the Mobee VIP page. Never share your password or authentication codes with anyone.

Open the Mobee VIP page. At the top you will see: Current Tier: the tier you are on right now Three progress cards, one for each criterion, showing how much more you need to reach the next tier, with a Deposit or Trade shortcut on each Performance is calculated daily. Keep meeting at least one criterion to continue enjoying your VIP benefits.
