Terms and Conditions

This cashback promo is valid from March 17 to April 30, 2026, 23:59 WIB.
Users are entitled to receive cashback based on their achievements during the promo period.
Cashback terms and conditions:
a. Cashback rewards will be granted based on the campaign cut-offs on the following dates:
- Phase 1 – March 17 - 27
- Phase 2 – March 28 - April 7
- Phase 3 – April 8 - 17
- Phase 4 – April 18 - 30
- Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after each cut-off.
b. The cashback received is calculated based on the total trading volume during each campaign phase; accumulation between phases does not apply.
c. Trading volume will be reset after each cut-off, so every user starts from zero at the beginning of the next phase.
d. Each volume tier has a limited quota. Calculations are based on participants who reach the tier milestone first, according to the timestamp. Ensure you are among them!
e. All crypto trading volumes (buy & sell) will be counted, including stablecoin transactions (IDR ⇄ USDT/USDC).
f. Trading volume calculation only applies to the following features:
- Spot Trading
- Spot Grid
- Instant Convert
- Auto Invest Plan
g. Volume calculation does not include activities such as deposits, withdrawals, Earn features (Flexi Earn & Dual Investment), or any other features not mentioned above.
h. Reward distribution will be given to users who reach the volume tiers above, based on available quotas.
Final rewards will be distributed no later than 14 working days after the campaign period ends.
This promo applies to all active Mobee users trading within the promo period.
Mobee reserves the right to review, change, suspend, or cancel this promo at any time without prior notice if users are found to be engaging in abuse, manipulation, or abnormal activities.
Users remain responsible for their own investment risks when conducting trading activities.
