A fiat deposit means adding Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to your Mobee wallet using a bank transfer, e-wallet, or QRIS. This balance can be used for trading and investing on Mobee.

What payment methods can I use to deposit fiat in Mobee?

You can deposit IDR via:

• Bank Transfer (VA): Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Mandiri, Bank Nobu, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
• ATM Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
• E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA
• QRIS: Scan a QR code or upload a QR image

What are the minimum and maximum deposit limits for fiat?

Currently, the minimum and maximum deposit limits on Mobee vary depending on the deposit method you use. Here are the details:

• Bank Deposit: Minimum Rp50,000
• E-Wallet Deposit: Minimum Rp50,000, Maximum Rp10,000,000
• QRIS Deposit: Minimum Rp10,000, Maximum Rp10,000,000

Are there any fees for fiat deposit?

Yes, Mobee currently applies additional fees for fiat deposits. The fee amount depends on the payment method you use and may change from time to time. For the latest fee information, please check the app.

Do I have to use my own bank account for deposits or can I use someone else's bank account?

Yes, in line with OJK regulations, deposits to Mobee must be made from a bank account under the same name as your registered Mobee account.

Using a bank account with a different name may cause the deposit to fail.

How do I deposit via Virtual Account (BCA, BRI, Bank Mandiri, Nobu)?

1. On the Mobee home page, tap Add Funds.
2. Select Bank, then choose your bank.
3. Copy your Mobee Virtual Account number.
4. Open the app of the selected bank.
5. Follow the instructions in the app.
6. Complete the payment using the exact deposit amount.

Note: Deposits above Rp250.000.000, or deposits made from banks other than Mandiri and BRI, must use RTGS (1–3 hours) or SKN/LLG (up to 3 business days).

How do I deposit with QRIS?

1. Tap “Deposit” → Choose QRIS
2. Enter the deposit amount
3. Mobee will generate a QR code
4. Open your e-wallet or banking app
5. Upload or scan the QR code
6. Confirm and complete the payment

Note:

• The QR code is valid for 24 hours and one-time use only
• Make sure the QRIS code hasn’t expired or been used

How do I deposit using OVO?

1. Tap “Deposit” → Choose e-Wallet → Select OVO
2. Enter the deposit amount → Tap “Deposit”, then “Confirm Deposit”
3. Approve the payment via the OVO push notification
4. Enter your OVO PIN to confirm. The transaction will complete automatically.

How do I deposit using ShopeePay?

1. Tap “Deposit” → Choose e-Wallet → Select ShopeePay
2. Enter the deposit amount → Tap “Deposit”, then “Confirm Deposit”
3. You’ll be redirected to the Shopee app
4. Complete the payment → Tap “Return to Merchant” to go back to Mobee
5. Once successful, your Mobee balance will update automatically

Note: ShopeePay deposit must be completed within 30 minutes. If it expires, tap “Request Again” to retry.

How do I deposit using GoPay?

1. Tap “Deposit” → Choose e-Wallet → Select GoPay
2. Enter the deposit amount → Tap “Deposit”, then “Confirm Deposit”
3. You’ll be redirected to the GoPay app
4. Complete the payment → Tap “Return to Merchant” to go back to Mobee
5. Once successful, your Mobee balance will update automatically

Note: Gopay deposits must be completed within 30 minutes. If it expires, tap “Request Again” to retry.

What if my deposit hasn’t arrived after 30 minutes?

• Double-check if the transaction was successful
• Make sure you used the correct account or Virtual Account number
• If still unresolved, contact Mobee Customer Support via live chat

What should I do if I used the wrong Virtual Account (VA) number?

If you transferred to the wrong VA number, contact Mobee Customer Support immediately. We’ll check if the payment can still be traced or refunded.

My QRIS payment went through, but the deposit hasn’t appeared. What should I do?

QRIS payments may take a little longer to reflect. If it’s been more than 30 minutes, contact Mobee Customer Support, we’ll try to assist you.

Notes: Always make sure the QRIS code you scan or upload hasn’t expired or been used, as each code is only valid once.

What should I do if my payment fails via OVO, GoPay, or ShopeePay?

1. Check the status in your e-wallet app
