About Roles

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about analyzing market trends, user behaviors, and product performance to inform data-driven decisions across our crypto ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and strategy — ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights that drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Product & Business Impact Analysis

  • Build dashboards and reports to track business and user KPIs across product lines.
  • Evaluate performance of product and marketing initiatives using cohort analysis, A/B testing, and segmentation.

Market Research & Strategic Benchmarking

  • Analyse raw data, evaluate and synthesise trends from a variety of data sources, deploy market research studies to track market share, brand awareness and so on, translate data into insights, output business analysis reports to achieve higher market impact.
  • Benchmark against local and global competitors across features, pricing, product strategy, and GTM.

User Behavior Insights

  • Analyze user behavior patterns, retention cohorts, and financial habits across different segments.
  • Work with Product and Growth teams to validate hypotheses using PostHog, SQL, surveys, or experiments.
  • Translate quantitative and light qualitative data into clear product or business recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other business units to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on actions to improve market performance.
  • Create structured presentations or reports tailored for Product Managers, Growth Managers, or senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Communicate insights clearly to Product, Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Help align research and analytics with product strategy and business objectives.
  • Advocate for a user and market driven approach to product development and prioritization.
  • Full responsibility for the organization of department meetings, including agenda, documenting decisions, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up system. (written both in Chinese & English).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), business administration or related is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, product research, market research, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel. Bonus if you are comfortable with Python or scripting.
  • Data-driven, high data sensitivity, able to analyse data and provide solutions from the perspective of business optimisation.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency industry, output research report independently.
  • Good collaborative awareness and communication skills, target-oriented, self-learning and self-driven.
  • Ability to structure problems, synthesize complex information, and present findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Skilled at creating decks or reports that effectively communicate key insights to Product and Growth teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams.
