Along with the return of these services, we would like to remind you of the essential requirements for depositing to ensure the security and smoothness of your transactions:

Account Holder Name Requirement (Same Name Policy)

To comply with regulations and speed up the automated verification process, please ensure:

  • The Bank Account Holder Name used for the transfer must match the Account Holder Name registered on Mobee.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts (using someone else's account) cannot be processed and will delay funds from being credited to your account.
