As part of our ongoing efforts to keep improving your experience on Mobee, we are working on a few new things behind the scenes. In line with that, we have decided to close the Mobee Points program.
Mobee Points will be officially closed starting July 31, 2026.
What's changing
- After July 31, 2026, Mobee users will no longer be able to earn Mobee Points in the app.
- The Mobee Points feature will be removed from the app.
- Mobee Points balance will expire on that date and cannot be redeemed, converted, or exchanged for cash in any form.

What you need to do
No action is needed. Mobee Points have no redeemable value, so there is nothing to claim or transfer before the closure date.
Will there be a new program?
We are exploring other ways to reward Mobee users in the future, but we don't have a program or timeline to share at this time.
