Thank you for your continued trust in trading with Mobee. To enhance operational efficiency and optimize our services, Mobee will transition its exchange and clearing house memberships, effective May 21, 2026.

The membership is being transferred from PT Central Finansial X (CFX) to:

  1. PT Fortuna Integritas Mandiri (ICEx) as the Receiving Exchange.
  2. PT Pranata Karya Solusi (PKS) as the Receiving Clearing House.


System Maintenance

To ensure a smooth and secure migration process, Mobee will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on:

  • Start: Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 22:30 WIB (GMT+7)
  • End: Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 01:00 WIB (GMT+7)
  • Duration: ± 2.5 hours

Regarding this migration process, we would like to highlight the following key points:

  • Trading Activities: All trading features, deposits, and withdrawals will continue to function normally during the transition period.
  • No Additional Fees: Users will not be charged any fees for this transfer process. All migration costs are fully covered by Mobee.
  • Asset Security: Your data, funds, and digital assets are being moved to the receiving institutions with guaranteed security protection standards.
  • User Rights: Users retain full rights to manage their accounts or terminate membership independently, including withdrawing assets according to applicable procedures.
  • Education & Support: Mobee is committed to providing ongoing education and addressing any inquiries throughout the transition.

As part of this adjustment, there will be changes to the Virtual Account (VA) numbers for deposit and withdrawal transactions. The old VA numbers will no longer be usable starting May 21, 2026, so users will need to update their VA numbers in the Mobee app.

Please be informed that following the completion of the migration, certain service fees including exchange fees are adjusted as part of our transition to an updated operational framework and our ongoing commitment to service quality. Click here to learn more.
