Announcement: JAM Deposits Temporarily Suspended

JAM deposits and trading on Mobee are temporarily suspended until 28 October 2026, due to maintenance and preparation of the JAM-PTC swap.
JAM withdrawals continue, and the JAM balance in your account is not affected.
What Has Changed
- JAM deposits have been temporarily disabled since 17.00 WIB on 7 October 2026, on all networks and deposit channels.
- JAM trading (buying and selling) has been temporarily disabled since [DATE AND TIME] WIB until 28 October 2026.
What Continues as Normal
- JAM withdrawals.
- Other assets on Mobee are not affected and can be traded as usual.
Important: Do Not Send JAM to a Mobee Deposit Address
While deposits are disabled, do not send JAM to a Mobee deposit address on any network. JAM sent during this period may not be credited to your balance or may be delayed.
If you sent a deposit before 17.00 WIB on 7 October 2026 and it has not appeared in your balance, contact Customer Support and include the transaction hash.
When Will JAM Deposits and Trading Reopen?
JAM deposits and trading are disabled until 28 October 2026. The reopening schedule may change depending on the readiness of the JAM-PTC swap, and Mobee will announce it through the app and website.
