What Is Mobee VIP?
Mobee VIP is a tiered membership program consisting of three levels: Standard, VIP 1, and VIP 2.
Every user starts at the Standard tier. Once you meet one of the VIP criteria, your tier can be upgraded automatically. You can also track your progress toward the next tier via the Mobee VIP page.
Unlike promotions that are only valid for a specific period, Mobee VIP provides benefits based on your tier and account activity.
Mobee VIP Benefits
1. Trading Fees Starting from 0.06%
The higher your VIP tier, the lower your trading fees.
Current Mobee VIP trading fee structure:
- Standard: 0.1%
- VIP 1: 0.075%
- VIP 2: 0.06%
This means VIP 2 users get trading fees 40% lower than the Standard tier. For active traders with high transaction volumes, this fee difference can become even more significant as trading activity increases.
2. RLUSD APR Boost up to 6.5%
Mobee VIP also provides an APR Boost for RLUSD.
The maximum APR varies by tier:
- Standard: up to 6%
- VIP 1: up to 6.25%
- VIP 2: up to 6.5%
This benefit allows users to optimize their RLUSD assets through higher APR rates based on their tier.
Please note that APR is an annual yield rate and is not a guarantee of profit. The applicable rates are subject to the terms of the current product.
3. Higher Withdrawal Limits
Mobee VIP offers higher withdrawal limits based on your tier:
- Standard: up to US$100,000
- VIP 1: up to US$500,000
- VIP 2: up to US$2,000,000

4. Relationship Manager
VIP users get access to a Relationship Manager for more personalized service and support.
This benefit is designed to provide VIP users with a dedicated communication channel for their Mobee service needs and account activities.
5. Early Access to New Products and Coins
VIP members also receive early access to various new Mobee products and coins.
This benefit gives VIP users the opportunity to learn about or access certain products before Standard users, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
6. Weekly Exclusive Insights
Mobee VIP provides weekly exclusive insights to help members stay updated on market developments and relevant information in a more targeted way.
7. IDR Deposit Fee Discounts
VIP members receive a monthly quota for IDR deposits with discounted fees:
- VIP 1: 5 times per month
- VIP 2: 10 times per month
The quota will be renewed every month and cannot be carried over to the following month. Deposit methods that are already free of charge will not consume this VIP quota.
8. Exclusive VIP Events
Member VIP 2 also has the opportunity to gain access to exclusive VIP events and networking sessions.
Invitations will be provided directly through your Relationship Manager.
Requirements to Become a Mobee VIP
Mobee VIP tiers are determined based on three criteria:
- Total 30-day spot trading volume
- Total 3-month trading volume
- Average 30-day wallet balance
You only need to meet one of the three criteria to reach that tier. Performance is calculated daily.
VIP 1
You can reach VIP 1 by meeting one of the following criteria:
- 30-day spot trading volume of at least IDR 500 million
- 3-month trading volume of at least IDR 2 billion
- Minimum 30-day average wallet balance of IDR 1 billion
VIP 2
For VIP 2, you need to meet one of the following:
- Minimum 30-day spot trading volume of IDR 2 billion
- Minimum 3-month trading volume of IDR 5 billion
- Minimum 30-day average wallet balance of IDR 2 billion
How to Become a VIP?
For Mobee users, the process is simple:
- Create a Mobee account.
- Complete identity verification.
- Deposit and start trading.
- Meet one of the VIP tier criteria.
- Enjoy benefits according to your tier.
Once one of the criteria is met, your tier upgrade will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and benefits will be activated once the tier is updated.
You do not need to register manually if your Mobee account activity already meets the criteria.
However, if you already have a trading volume equivalent to VIP status on another exchange, you can also apply via the Register as VIP button on the Mobee VIP page. The Mobee team will review your application and contact you via email or WhatsApp.
What Happens If I No Longer Meet the Tier Requirements?
If your account activity falls below the requirements for your current tier, your account will enter a 30-day grace period.
During this period, you can still enjoy your tier benefits. If you have not met the criteria by the end of the grace period, your tier will be downgraded by one level—for example, from VIP 2 to VIP 1—rather than dropping directly back to Standard.
