All six are real world assets (RWA), meaning real-world assets represented as tokens on a blockchain. They share one theme: the AI infrastructure supply chain, from chips and memory to chipmaking machines and cloud compute providers.

What Sets Ondo Tokenized Stocks and ETFs Apart
- Backed 1:1: each token is fully backed 1:1 by the underlying shares or ETF units held with a licensed broker-dealer or custodian, with daily attestations from an independent party
- Supply Follows Conversion Demand: unlike fixed-supply tokens, new tokens are minted when the underlying asset is deposited and burned when it is redeemed, so circulating supply follows conversion demand
- Runs on Ethereum: as ERC-20 tokens, all six connect to the Ethereum wallet and DeFi ecosystem
- Tradable 24/5: minting and redemption run 24 hours a day, five days a week, far longer than the few hours Nasdaq and Cboe BZX are open each day
- A Representation, Not Direct Ownership: holding a token means holding price exposure to the underlying asset, not direct ownership of the shares or ETF units, so conventional shareholder voting rights do not apply
Token Specifications
- Tokens: NBISon, CRWVon, ARMon, DRAMon, CBRSon, and ASMLon (shown without "on" on Mobee, as NBIS, CRWV, ARM, DRAM, CBRS, and ASML)
- Network: Ethereum
- Token standard: ERC-20
- Issuer: Ondo Finance, through its issuing entity Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited
- Backing ratio: 1:1 with the underlying asset, held with a regulated custodian
- Supply model: follows mint and burn activity based on conversion, not a fixed supply
Important Notes
These six tokens represent their underlying stocks or ETF, not direct ownership, and do not carry conventional shareholder voting rights. Prices follow the underlying assets, so they remain exposed to market volatility, and Ondo's tokenized stock products are intended for non-US users under specific terms and restrictions. AI and semiconductor themes also tend to move sharply.
