We would like to inform you that Mobee will temporarily disable the Deposit and Withdrawal feature via the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network for a number of assets listed below, due to an ongoing system upgrade on that network.
Important note: this is not a delisting announcement. All assets listed below remain listed and can be traded normally via Spot Trade throughout the suspension period. What is being temporarily disabled is only the Deposit and Withdrawal feature specifically via the BNB Smart Chain network, for the following assets:
ASETQU, ASTER, BCH, BNB, BTC, CAKE, COAI, COOKIE, CTK, ETH, FORM, MGO, MSHD, MVP, MYX, TAG, TST, USDC, USDT, XRP

Suspension Schedule
Deposit and Withdrawal via the BNB Smart Chain network will close: August 24, 2026 at 18:00 WIB
This suspension is temporary while the system upgrade on the BNB Smart Chain network is in progress. Spot Trade for all assets above will continue to run normally and is not affected by this suspension. If any of the assets above is also available via another network on Mobee (for example USDT via TRC-20/ERC-20, or ETH via the native Ethereum network), deposit and withdrawal via networks other than BNB Smart Chain will not be affected by this maintenance. We will provide further updates on this page and through Mobee's official channels once Deposit and Withdrawal via the BNB Smart Chain network are active again.
What You Need to Do
If you plan to deposit or withdraw any of the assets above, we recommend completing the transaction before 18:00 WIB today, August 24, 2026. Deposit or withdrawal requests submitted after that time for the assets above will not be processed until this feature is active again.
