Circle Internet Group (CRCL) shares gained after Binance injected a $100 million investment at $80.84 per share and renewed a five-year commercial agreement to expand USDC access globally - a vote of confidence from one of its largest distribution partners. Circle also just launched its Arc Mainnet network, a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for financial markets with over 100 partners and $650 million in USDC already minted, and acquired cross-border payments firm Tazapay to strengthen its stablecoin payments business. The current price sits around $94.54 (Rp1,687,539), taken from the midpoint of two independent market data sources showing a tight spread of under 0.2% ($94.49 and $94.59). With entry in that area, a first target of $97.38 (Rp1,738,233), about 3.0% from entry, and a second target of $100.21 (Rp1,788,748), about 6.0% from entry, look achievable if Circle’s business expansion momentum continues, with an average analyst rating of "Buy" and a consensus price target of $104.28.
Part of today’s gain remains vulnerable to short-term sentiment following the corporate announcements, and integrating an acquisition like Tazapay carries medium-term execution risk even though the impact will only show up over the coming quarters. This scenario is invalidated if price breaks below $90.76 (Rp1,620,066).
