On macro figures, the network recently made history by surpassing $1.1 Trillion in economic activity in Q1 2026, and even managed to usurp Ethereum in the dominance of real-world asset (RWA) lending deposit volume at $1.23 billion. Unfortunately, these outstanding fundamentals are paralyzed under the shadow of global market fear (FUD). Institutional confidence was recalibrated following the $285 million Drift Protocol exploit orchestrated by North Korean hackers, compounded by risk-off actions due to the escalation of the Strait of Hormuz blockade by Iran. Technically on the daily (1D) chart, the effect of this toxic macro sentiment cascade is visible in a systematic price level collapse. On the 1-hour (1H) chart, current movement ($83.19) seems to be running out of breath at the lip of the local support zone, underscoring fading buying conviction. The currently high network security risk premium is projected to halt capital rotation inflows, forcing the price to break the $83 support and plunge to seek a new liquidity base in the $78 to $80 range over the next 5 days.
Regardless of short-term panic, this price valuation is treading on a highly strategic macro discount area. If geopolitical tensions subside unexpectedly, and the Solana Summit in New York yields regulatory tailwinds, the price could reverse course to test the $86 resistance.
