How to Create a Mobee Account

Step 1: Download the Mobee App

Access the Mobee app easily through your mobile device. Download it now from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Register Your Account

Open the Mobee app and tap the “Sign Up” button.

Step 3: Enter Referral Code (Optional)

If you have a referral code, please enter it in the designated field.

Step 4: Enter Email and Verification Code

After email and the verification code already fill, then tap "continue"

How to Complete Account Verification (KYC)

Step 5: Tap “Start Verification”

Step 6: Prepare the ID Card and Selfie Photo

Tap the "Get Started" button

Step 7: Verify Your KTP (ID Card)

Upload a clear, original (not photocopied) KTP photo with full visibility inside the frame. Avoid blurry, cropped, overly dark, or overexposed images.

Note: You may upload the photo from your phone gallery.

Step 8: Capture KTP Photo

Align your KTP within the on-screen frame. Make sure it’s the original document, clearly visible, and well-lit. The app will automatically capture the photo when aligned.

Step : Confirm and Submit KTP

Review your KTP photo to ensure it's original, undamaged, clearly visible, and belongs to you. If everything is correct, tap “Submit” to proceed.

Step 10: Face Verification

Remove all accessories, such as masks, glasses, or hats. Make sure you're in a well-lit room, sit or stand upright, and face the camera directly. Align your face within the on-screen frame and follow the instructions until the process is complete.

Step 11: Complete Personal Information

Preview the face verification and tap "Submit Selfie"

Step 12: Data Verification

Fill all field with same data with your KTP.

Fill work data and monthly income.

Step 12: Terms and condition

Afte fullfill all step and confirm the terms and condition, you can tap "submit".

Step 13: Done
